The KGHM Polska Miedz S.A. tailings plant and Budimex S.A. have signed a contract for the realization of the first stage of the expansion of the “Żelazny Most” tailings storage facility through adding the Southern Section. Modern construction technologies provide safe utilization of the facility and the development of KGHM in the copper belt.

Budimex signed with the Białstok branch of the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways a contract for the design and construction of the S61 express road Ostrów Mazowiecka–Szczuczyn, section: Stawiski junction (excluding the junction) – start of the Szczuczyn ring road, with the length of 18 km. The Budimex Group closed the third quarter of 2017 with very good results — 11% year-on-year increase in sales, significant improvement in profitability and net profit of PLN 337 million.
