Vzdelávacie a rekreačné centrum v meste Marki je Športovým zariadení roka 2019

The MCER educational and recreation centre in Marki constructed by Budimex was awarded the title of “Sports Facility of 2019” by Klub Sportowej Polski. The organisation encompasses 991 different entities, including local government authorities, construction companies, as well as sports and educational associations. The statuette awarded for the facility was received on behalf of the company at the Olympic Centre by Aleksander Semczuk, Director of the DBO Region and Janusz Czarnecki, Commercial Director. This is the third industry award won by the facility. Prior to this, the MCER also won the PLGBC Awards 2012 facility design award and the Green Laurel of the Polish Chamber of Commerce.

The MCER in Marki is the most advanced public utility building constructed by Budimex in Poland in terms of environmental friendliness. Thanks to the use of the most innovative technologies available, instead of consuming electricity the facility will actually produce it as well as collect rainwater and continuously optimise energy consumption in all of its areas.
