Bituminous mixtures
Budimex SA owns a network of bituminous mass plants covering the entire territory of Poland
Production meets the requirements of European standards for construction products. To ensure production stability guaranteeing high product quality, we implemented the Factory Production Control system in accordance with the requirements of harmonized standards PN EN 13108.
Budimex has twelve bituminous mass plants with a capacity of 320 tons per hour.
Full production capacity of Budimex's plants is approx. 3.5 million tonnes per year. Budimex has extensive experience in product recycling technology. Most of the company's plants feature a cold asphalt granulate dosing system or a system with parallel drum allowing for adding reclaimed asphalt in a hot mode. Thanks to very good technological and laboratory facilities, the production of mineral-asphalt mixtures is optimised in respect of technical requirements and material costs, so that the mixtures produced by Budimex are always in accordance with quality requirements and can be sold at very competitive prices.
