The signing of the contract for the execution of the building of the Military Clinical Hospital in Krakow

On 8 November, Budimex signed a contract with the Ordering Party – the No.5 Military Clinical Hospital and Polyclinic in Krakow – for the construction of a hospital building for the needs of an operating room, hospital wards, diagnostic and laboratory facilities and rehabilitation, together with the delivery of equipment.

 

The subject of the contract is the 'Construction of a hospital building for the needs of an operating room, hospital wards, diagnostic-laboratory facilities and rehabilitation on the site of the No.5 Military Clinical Hospital and Polyclinic in Krakow on Wrocławska 1-3 Street', which includes obtaining the necessary permits, approvals, agreements and any other documents required to obtain an occupancy permit.

 

The project consists of the construction of a new building of the integrated operating room (OR) connected to the existing building No. 4 and a new connector building (P), which indirectly connects the OR building with the existing buildings No. 7 and No. 8.

 

The useable floor area will be: 27,111.01 m2,

Cubic volume: 137,789.77 m3

The works are scheduled to be completed by the end of November 2026.

The value of the bid is equal to PLN 367.51 million net.
