Pre-sales and sales of apartments in the 4th quarter of 2020
The Management Board of Budimex S.A. announces that Budimex Nieruchomości Sp. z o. o. (a wholly owned subsidiary of Budimex S.A.) in Q4 2020 made 473 preliminary apartment sale agreements in comparison to 369 agreements made in Q4 2019. Therefore, in the period January to December 2020, the company made 1,672 similar agreements in comparison to 1,655 agreements in the previous year.
The number of notarial agreements for the transfer of ownership title to an apartment in Q4 2020 was 199 in comparison to 305 agreements in Q4 2019. In the period January to December 2020 the company made 1,286 similar agreements in comparison to 1,534 agreements in the previous year.
The very good result of pre-sales of apartments in 2020 is a result of the company’s broad apartment offer and the structural demand for apartments in the largest cities. The number of notarial deeds is compliant with the schedule of handing-over of apartments assumed by the company. At the same time, both values confirm that the clients are remaining positive.
