Budimex will construct an apartment building in Mielno
On 1 June 2015 Budimex signed with company Dune B, belonging to Firmus Group, a contract to construct an apartment building in Mielno.
The value of the contract amounts to PLN 53.4 million net. The deadline for Budimex to carry out the investment is set for 28 April 2017.
Dune B is the second apartment building constructed by Budimex for the developer from Mielno, Firmus Group. Previously, in the middle of June 2013 it had completed the construction of building Dune A, that is the first part of Dune Resort, a complex with a total planned usable area of 33.000 sq m situated just next to the coast. Apart from Dune B (151 apartments), also DUNE C (another 80 apartments) will be erected in the future. The whole complex shall comprise about 350 holiday apartments of various surface dimensions.
The main architect of the investment and designer of the project is Dr. Marek Sietnicki from SAS (Studio Architektoniczne Sietnicki in Szczecin). He designed also Dune A. The present project, which retains all distinctive features of the previous one, was recognised in 2014 by specialist journals (i.a. monthly magazine “Architektura” and bulletin “Życie w Architekturze”). Big surfaces fitted with glazing allow maximum access of natural light to the interiors. As far as the quarters of the world are concerned, the building structures are positioned in a way that would allow the sea to be viewed from as many points as possible. Bright façades blend with the natural beach environment and coastline dune.
151 turnkey apartments of various surface dimensions are offered to buyers in Dune B: 36 studios, 80 two-room apartments, 29 three-room apartments and 6 penthouses.
A spacious lobby room with a reception desk and security is planned to be constructed in the building. The underground garage will accommodate parking spaces, storage rooms and bicycle rooms. A swimming pool, a recreational pool and a pool for children, as well as a jacuzzi, saunas and a massage room are planned to be constructed in the SPA section. This will complement the recreational offer in DUNE A, in which a beauty and wellness centre, a fitness room, and, on the exterior terrace from the side of the sea, two exterior heated swimming pools already operate.
