Budimex will construct a collector for MPWiK in Warsaw

Budimex S.A. has signed a contract with Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów i Kanalizacji in Warsaw for the performance of the “Construction of the Vistula collector - stage II” project. The net value of the contract is PLN 348.98 million.


The object of the contract is the construction of a collector with a total length of 9 km, including four gravitational sections and two delivery sections. The contract also includes the construction of a separator, about 70 inspection chambers, 10 technological chambers and a discharge pump station. The “Vistula” collector basin will be within the limits from 6 to 15 m.


Works performed within the investment are to be completed in January 2023. The contractual provisions include a 36-month guarantee for the works performed, and a 120-month guarantee for the pipe material.


The contract will be implemented by the Power Engineering Construction Division of Budimex.
