Budimex will build the EQilibrium office building in the Warsaw district Wola

On 10 September 2015, Budimex concluded with Grupa Waryński contract for construction of the EQlibrium office building that will be located at the junction of Jana Kazimierza and Ordona Streets in the Warsaw district Wola. The value of the contract amounts to PLN 56.5 million net.
As part of the investment, Budimex will build a modern office building in A class technical standard. It will consist of two interconnected blocks of different heights – 6 and 11 floors. 10,500 m2 of office and shop space will be put into use in total. Two underground storeys will offer 113 parking spaces.
The building will feature innovative technical solutions, such as elevation with higher thermal and acoustic insulation, Building Management System (BMS) and energy-efficient lighting. The office building will have the BREEAM certificate at the Very Good level.
"We are pleased that Grupa Waryński have placed their trust in us, assigning the execution of their flagship office project to our company. Our current cooperation on the Stacja Kazimierz housing investment proves that our partner and us can speak the same language and implement solutions that contribute to the success of the project. The combination of expertise and knowledge of our engineers and employees and the unique EQlibrium architectural project makes us believe that we will be building one of the most interesting office facilities in this part of Warsaw over the next dozen or so months. The technological solutions applied and top quality of the works performed will contribute to the success of this project
and the satisfaction of future tenants” says Radosław Górski, General Construction Director of Budimex SA.
The construction works will start this September. EQlibrium will be ready at the end of 2016.
