Budimex – We are together. WE HELP

Budimex joins the ‘We are together. WE HELP’ initiative (Jesteśmy razem. POMAGAMY). We will donate PLN 1 million to help purchase medical equipment for infectious disease units in hospitals. Additionally, we will support setting up a field hospital if necessary.
 

As Dariusz Blocher, President of Budimex, emphasises, “Being a construction company operating in our market, we are committed to providing support in these difficult times. We want to help combat the coronavirus pandemic, to save human life and health. We will engage in the ‘We are together. We help’ initiative. Altogether, we will donate PLN 1 million to buy the currently much-needed medical equipment for infectious disease units of hospitals. Additionally, we are ready to support setting up a field hospital, if necessary. We cannot stay indifferent, we simply must help,” he adds.

We are together. WE HELP is an action initiated by entrepreneurs who are ready to bring aid in the face of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic. Funds are collected to provide financial support to health care facilities, persons affected by the pandemic impact and non-governmental organisations. Its originator is Leszek Gierszewski, President of Drutex SA, one of the leading manufacturers of windows in Europe. Dariusz Blocher, President of Budimex, has become the Honorary Vice-Chairman of the Action Board.
