Budimex was awarded the title of the Best Employer of 2021 by the Central Office of the National Certification

The initiative of the Central Office of National Certification (CBCK) is aimed at selecting companies that are distinguished by their reliability in terms of employment policy, employee solutions, and human resources management. These companies are trustworthy enterprises that take care of the development of employees and ensure stable employment and a friendly atmosphere at work.

“We are happy that the quality of Budimex as a responsible employer was confirmed by this distinction once again. It is worth noting that last year we joined the #niezwalniamy (#WeDoNotFire) campaign. Its participants declare that at the time of the recession, the workforce will only be reduced as a last resort. To win the Best Quality Employer title, participants must go through a certification process and meet specific requirements. What is taken into account are criteria such as: the level of employment, the retention rate, training courses and the development of the employees’ professional skills, career and promotion paths, recruitment procedures and skills management.

“Our goal is to select companies which provide the best working conditions. In the process of verification, we assess the policy of employment and human resources management, the opportunities for promotion and growth, as well as the stability and attractiveness of the conditions of employment”, says Elżbieta Michalska, President of CBCK.

Apart from Budimex, companies such as mBank, DPD, UPC and Grupa Żywiec were also awarded the Best Quality Employer title.
