Budimex has signed a contract for the construction of the Administration Center in Ciechanów

Budimex has signed a contract for the construction of the Administration Center in Ciechanów. The contract will be carried out in the “construct only” formula with turnkey equipment for the building. The investor is the Self-Government of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship and the County Office in Ciechanów.

The investment, called “Construction of the Administration Center in Ciechanów for the needs of administrative units of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship and the Ciechanów County”, concerns the execution of the project of a five-storey building with a basement, covered with a flat roof. The area of the facility is 7673.68 m2, and the cubic capacity is 36,499.06 m3. The total construction cost is PLN 53,375,850.00. The works are scheduled to be completed on June 30, 2023.

The following institutions will be located in the facility:

• Delegation of the Marshal’s Office of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship in Ciechanów,
• Mazowieckie Unit for the Implementation of EU Projects, Branch in Ciechanów,
• Mazowieckie Regional Planning Office in Warsaw, Regional Branch in Ciechanów,
• Mazovia Center for Social Policy, Voivodeship Adoption Center, Branch in Ciechanów,
• Regional Labour Office in Warsaw, Branch in Ciechanów,
• Museum of the Masovian Nobility in Ciechanów,
• County Office in Ciechanów,
• Pedagogical Library in Ciechanów.

There will be offices, conference rooms and smaller meeting rooms in the above-ground part of the building. There will also be a library, an archive, showcases with an exhibition, as well as a play corner for children and a room for mothers. Importantly, the building was designed taking into account the needs of people with disabilities (level entries, properly adapted bathrooms, lift, parking spaces). The underground part of the facility will be used mainly for parking spaces for employees. In addition, there is a station outside the building with an electric car charging function and a charging station.

Equipment of the building with building systems includes, among others: access to telecommunications services (including broadband Internet connection). A mechanical ventilation system and air conditioning will also be installed, as well as a CCTV system inside and outside the building. The Administration Center is to be heated with energy from the heating network and photovoltaic panels.
