Budimex concluded an agreement for the construction of a housing estate in Łódź

On 6 July 2015, Budimex concluded an agreement with mLocum SA for the construction of the “Osiedle Łąkowa” housing estate. The net value of the agreement is PLN 61 million.
Within the investment, four 9-storey (including one underground story) residential buildings will be developed, where 290 flats are planned with the total usable area of 17.6 thousand sqm. The underground storey will feature parking spaces for 305 cars.
The contractor’s responsibilities also include renovation and reinforcement of the wall which remains after a factory.
The housing estate will be located at ul. Łąkowa 23/25 in Łódź.
Budimex will have 25 months from the date of signing the agreement to complete this investment.
